Did Stadia Flex on CDPR to delay the release again so that they get it with other platforms?

Hey All, With the news coming yesterday from CD Projekt Red that Cyberpunk will be delayed again from September 17th to November 19th, it got me thinking....what if Stadia applied some pressure on CDPR to postpone until they can launch the game with Stadia alongside the other platforms...? We had been informed the game would come to Stadia after the launch of the other platforms earlier this year, however I think they may have had some pressure applied to postpone until the port to Stadia is complete.
